Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture with this floor-based
Pilates class. Using controlled movements and breath, you'll build stability and body
awareness.

is free for all faculty and staff designed to help you unwind, relieve stress, and
improve flexibility in a supportive environment. Take a break from your busy workday
and prioritize self-care—your mind and body will thank you! Registration is in person
at the time of the class. All levels welcome.
Take a break from your desk and recharge with this short, energetic virtual workout
designed specifically for busy faculty and staff (free and exclusive to faculty and
staff). This 20-25 minute session includes gentle stretches, light strength exercises,
and movement to reduce tension, improve posture, and boost energy - no special equipment
