Women's Insanity Group Fitness class at the UREC Fitness Center in the Arkansas Union 

 Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture with this floor-based Pilates class. Using controlled movements and breath, you'll build stability and body awareness.

Double the workout, double the results! Kick things off with 20 minutes of heart-pumping, low-impact cycling that will have you sweating, smiling, and feeling unstoppable. Then, shift gears for 20 minutes of Pilates to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles. This powerhouse combo delivers cardio, core, and total-body toning — all in one energizing session!
Cycle and strength group fitness class combines indoor cycling with strength training to create a full-body workout. This class begins in the UREC Cycle Studio and finishes in the UREC Train Studio. The class is approximately 20 mins cycle and 20 mins strength with a warm up and cool down to make it a 45 minute workout. 

 

This class that incorporates cardiovascular training, resistance training, and abs all in one. This fun and energizing class will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance, but also your flexibility and core strength.
Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body at the barre. This full body workout will fuse elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and functional training for a fun and uplifting workout.
This class is a high intensity, MAX INTERVAL training workout utilizing athletic drills, and a little dancing. The results are high caloric burn, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  Every participant will be encouraged! All levels welsome.

This class is free for all faculty and staff designed to help you unwind, relieve stress, and improve flexibility in a supportive environment. Take a break from your busy workday and prioritize self-care—your mind and body will thank you! Registration is in person at the time of the class. All levels welcome.
