Group Fitness classes are designed to provide participants with a fun, motivating and well-rounded fitness experience.
University of Arkansas students, faculty, and staff with a UREC membership are eligible to take Group Fitness classes at no cost.

*Participants may register for group fitness classes up to 24 hours before class start time. Group fitness registration cancellations must be done at least 1 hour before class start time.*
Spring 2021 Session Dates
Spring group fitness classes will be offered Monday, January 11th-Thursday, May 6th. In-person classes will be offerred at the HPER. Virtual classes will be offered via Zoom.
No classes will be held Sunday, January 17th-Monday, January 18th due to Martin Luther King Holiday.
No classes will be held on Sunday, February 21st-Tuesday, February 23rd due to Spring Break-Student Holiday.
No classes will be hold on Thursday, March 25th-Sunday, March 28th due to Spring Break-Student Holiday.
No classes will be held on Friday, April 2nd-Sunday, April 4th due to Spring Break-Student Holiday.
No classes will be held on Friday, April 30th-Sunday, May 3rd due to Dead Day.
A modified group fitness schedule will be offered during Finals Week, Monday, May 3rd-Thursday, May 6th.
Body Sculpt, Cardio & Core, Cycle, HIIT Cycle, Kickboxing, Triple Fit, HIIT Fit, ZUMBA®, Cardio Dance, R.I.P.P.E.D., P90X®, Yoga, Sunrise Yoga, Pilates Fusion, and UREC Barre.
Semester Group Fitness Pass Cost:
- University of Arkansas students, faculty and staff with UREC memberships: No cost
- Unlimited classes during the current semester
