The UREC Natatorium offers space for lap swimming, aquatic fitness classes, and swim lessons. This Olympic-sized pool offers short- and long-course lap swim sessions, a shallow area for lessons and leisure use, and a diving well with 1, 3, and 5-meter boards. University of Arkansas students and UREC members can utilize the Natatorium for open swim, as well as register for a variety of structured programs including swim lessons or water fitness classes.

University Recreation offers group swim lessons for adults and children five years and older. Private lessons are also available. Classes focus on swimming basics including breathing, floating, gliding, basic strokes, and water safety skills.
Water fitness classes, including Water Power and Poolside Strength & Core, are a few of the aquatic fitness programs offered in the Natatorium.
American Red Cross Lifeguard certification courses are available during the Spring semesters.
