Team Registration
Early Bird Registration will begin Thursday, September 1, 2016 and end on Monday, October 3, 2016. The early bird registration rate will be $375 and increases to $400 beginning on October 4, 2016.
How to Register your Team
- Email cochranb@uark.edu with the following information...
- Captain's first and last name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Emergency contact name and phone number
- Captain's phone number
- Captain's email address
- Team name
- Team home institution
- Once this information has been received you will be given a temporary log-in to register your team online.
Forms
Please complete the following forms to register you team for the University of Arkansas Regional Flag Football Tournament. Complete these forms, then scan and email them to cochranb@uark.edu. Also, please be sure to bring a copy of these forms for verification when you arrive in Fayetteville for check-in.
