Fitness class at University Recreation

Our Purpose 

The fitness program exists to provide a diverse selection of quality recreational activities for individuals who want to pursue fitness, wellness, and leisure opportunities that enhance their personal development and establish habits for a healthy lifestyle.

What We Offer

University Recreation offers a wide variety of structured and open fitness opportunities, including group fitness classes, small group training, personal training, special events, and certification courses

Who Can Participate 

Facilities and programs are offered to University of Arkansas students and UREC Members only.  Non-members may be eligible to attend clinics, certifications, and instructional programs.  Please refer to the specific program you wish to attend for eligibility requirements. 

Use of the Donna Axum Fitness Center, UREC Fitness Center and all Group Fitness classes is on a drop-in basis, however, Group Fitness participants must pre-register once per semester. All other programs require pre-registration in HPER 225.
